Our vision

The Integrated Dialysis Facilities was found in 1985 by two local nephrologists. The aim was to provide dialysis for patients in Hong Kong at an affordable cost. At present public hospitals in Hong Kong adopt a 'Peritoneal Dialysis First' policy, ie, all patients had to undergo peritoneal dialysis treatment first. We held the view that patients should be given a choice of either haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. We are the only private satellite dialysis centre in Hong Kong with nephrologist support.
